Kris Kimble, Founder & CEO
Kris D. Kimble's career highlights include leading the growth of regional electrical contractor ABS, which under his guidance diversified its offerings with product-agnostic energy services, integrating cutting-edge technologies such as Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE), photovoltaics (PV), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS). His strategic vision led to securing over $20 million in grants through a Master Services Agreement, sparking massive sales growth and expanding revenue streams.
Kris also collaborated with SPURR, a joint powers authority in California, to assess and address the electrification needs of over 300 member institutions, crafting a first-of-its-kind joint procurement vehicle to tackle their unique electrification challenges. This initiative confirmed the vital need for "Electrification Integration"—a holistic approach Kris championed to ensure that industry stakeholders collaborate effectively to achieve sustainable outcomes.
Kohl Kimble, Project Manager
Kohl brings a wealth of experience to BD Outcomes, drawing from a diverse career that includes real estate, luxury property management, entrepreneurship, and military service. As a former realtor and luxury property manager, he developed a keen eye for high-value assets, complex transactions, and client-focused service. His entrepreneurial background has sharpened his ability to think strategically and solve problems, while his military service instilled discipline, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset. This unique combination of skills allows him to approach electrification projects with precision, efficiency, and a deep understanding of both operational and client needs.
At BD Outcomes, Kohl applies his expertise to help clients navigate the transition to electrification with confidence. His ability to assess opportunities, manage resources, and streamline processes ensures that projects are handled with care and strategic foresight. Whether working with homeowners, businesses, or developers, Kohl is committed to delivering practical, high-quality solutions that align with sustainability goals. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their nearly three-year-old son, bringing the same dedication to his family as he does to his clients.
